I took a trip to Indonesia at the advice of my Indonesian friend Ali who claimed that he would find a beautiful, loving wife for me. "The women here don't often see light-skinned men and they are really attracted to them," he remarked. What I found there was truly amazing and, if it can happen to me, there is absolutely no doubt that it can also happen to you. Let me explain that I am over sixty years old and not at all rich or good looking. I thought that my romancing days were over as no young ladies here were interested in me and I just don't find women of my own age attractive. I would never have believed that, walking through the streets and stores of Indonesia, untold numbers of beautiful young women would smile and wave and were eager to chat with me. I was introduced to several who were more than willing to marry me. Eventually I met someone who I really fell for and I'm still in shock that we are now married. Here is my story: |

This is me. Not exactly God's gift to women am I? I took a flight from Gatwick airport in London to Jakarta, Indonesia at the invitation of my friend Ali who I met several years ago via the Internet. Ali wanted to meet me there but that would entail his travelling on a bus for twenty hours. I assured him that it would be better for us if I just took a local flight from Jakarta to Surabaya and met him there. At Jakarta, I struck up a conversation with a sweet young lady called Lily who worked in customer service there and who spoke English. She was a great help to me in acquiring a plane ticket when all flights seemed to be fully booked. She also gave me her cellphone number and we remain friends.
